Here's a word war challenge for you.
Just Write!
+Start completely from scratch.
+Don't plan a plot; or half plots.
+Don't plan the title.
+Don't plan anything!
All you can do is choose your characters.
Using write or die, write what you can.
This will help you to write, despite having nothing to go on.
This will prove to be helpful in future to battle writer's block!
