# Alexa is out at the stables training with Perception Prince when she meets Kayson King and his mare, Idylic. They talk for a little bit while she takes a break to eat for a few minutes. They find out that they are neighbours.
# Sally Leons, who happens to be Alexa's mentor, sponsor and employer is a former Olympian Equestrian gold medalist [ficticious] who is eager to see her deceased best freind's daughter soar in the sport she loves so much. She tells Alexa that there is another show coming up where the best equestrian riders in the country get together to compete for places on the Olympic team. Alexa is eager to go for it. This is the thing that she wants more than anything else at the moment. Alexa has been training for at least fifteen years of her life for this position and has trained her horse since he was old enough to carry a rider.
# Alexa knows that Kayson is not going to compete for a place on the team as his studying is getting too out of hand for him to compete for a place. Though she has some trust issues when it comes to other men, she knows that he only wants to see her getting to where she wants to be. She is starting to trust him, but this is only because he seems willing enough to only do things she is comfortable with at the moment. He never seems to push her into anything, seeing as he knows how she feels about certain things, after hearing about her abusive father.
# When the competition comes, Alexa knows there is nothing but a good day to have, whether she makes it on thr team or not. There is going to be a lot to do and that is the thing she enjoys about such days. She only wishes that her father would be a little more supportive of her chosen career, seeing as she is one of the most elite Equestrian compeiting for her nation. But then again what else can be expected of him when he has hated horses ever since her mother died after falling from her racehorse in the middle of a race!
# When she gets a phone call from the Olympic committee, she is pleasently surprised when they let her know that she is on the team, if she so accepts the position. She accepts it straight away, this has been her goal for such a long time. Things seem to be going very smoothly for her at the moment. She does however think of her little daughter as well who she wants with her. So she discusses this with Sally. Sally knows that she wants Lily to be with her now that she has at least gotten some money behind her, and somehow decides that Lily probably won't get in the way too much, seeing as Alexa is still mainly focused on her riding.
# So Alexa goes to get her little daughter from her freinds, knowing full well that her daughter will be happy living with her. Kayson says that while she's out training, he'll keep an eye on Lily while he studies at home. It seems a win-win situation, seeing as he loves kids. Life seems almost perfect for Alexa, though she knows that she does not really like grown men that well. But she has become used to Kayson, and she knows that he will never hurt her. Of course, when it comes to teaching at the Riding Academy, Alexa spends all the mounted lessons working with Perception Prince, seeing as he is the horse that she'll be taking to the Olympics. She would never take any other horse, seeing as she has trained with him for seven or eight years now.
# One time though while she is at the stables, she makes sure to ask Sally for a bit of time away from teaching so she can purely train with Prince before the planes come to take the Olympians to China. Sally agrees to this, and starts working with her and Prince once more, brushing up on any other lost skills that Alexa or Prince have forgotten. Before the planes come though, Alexa demonstrates how well she really rides for her class. All of the children are completely amazed that she can ride as well as she does.
# Alexa and Kayson both get ready for when its time to get on those planes to head to China. Alexa calls her Chinese freind, Aiemie Yi and lets her know that she's coming. Aiemie thinks that she's just coming as a spectator, but then Alexa drops the real bombshell and tells her that she's actually coming for the medals. Aiemie is amazed and offers for them to stay with her for the duration of the games. Alexa's siblings come to live with Alexa and are also going to China with her.
# The flight leaves and when they get there, Alexa and Aiemie spend a lot of time talking about what has gone on in the last three years since they saw each other last. Alexa finally gets to meet Aiemie's horse - Perfect Equation. They spend a lot of time riding and what not else.
# The Opening Olympic ceremony happens and the games begin. Alexa wins the Gold Individual Showjumping ribbon and her team comes in second in the team events, taking home the team Silver medals. She also gets a bronze individual cross country medal. After the win of the Gold Medal, Kayson proposes to Alexa. She has long since gotten used to him and accepts.
# They head home with Lily and Prince, after a very sucessful Olympic Games, to start planning their wedding. Alexa also decides to press charges against her father, for what he did to her in the past. She will not do so until after the wedding, seeing as she does not want anything to happen before their special day.
# The wedding happens and that night, Alexa finally believes in herself enough to trust Kayson completely when it comes to her body. They do not do anything in bed, if anything what does go on while Sally is looking after Lily, Talila, and Jacob.
# The honeymoon is spent in Hawaii, and it is one night there that they do finally consumate their marriage.
#The trial is held and Alexa's father is found guilty. This is an extremely hard and long day for her. She knows that her father will fight her to the end.
# Not long after though, Alexa gets stomach cancer, though she has no idea how she could of, seeing as she is a person with a very healthy and fit lifestyle. Of course she fights it, and whether she will recover or not, depends on how things are in her life really.
# At the end of the book she gives birth to two healthy twins, Richard and Paula.
anyone got any comments about this plot? While I still have time to tweak it?
