Melody's inner conflict is that she misses her fiance and friends. She also is unwelcomed in the village.
Her external conflict is that the villagers are continuously trying to stop her from saving magic. The villagers call the mental insitution, and says that Melody is a danger to herself and others. She gets put to sleep and wakes up in a hosp.
Marvin's inner conflict is that he is not use to being out in the open alone. Melody has been captured, so he tries to rescue her.
His external conflict is that he gets caught himself- and someone tries to kill him. He is forced to kill the person and starts feeling paranoid that they will be killed.
