The storm raged. Trees were uprooted and the dragon-human hybrids gathered in the cave deep in the mountains, worried. Their homes shattered and left before the roof caved in on them. "What can we do? Where are we going to stay?" One asked. Another sighed. "Be calm Geraldine, we shall stay in the mountain caves. It will take more than a storm to bring them down." The female nodded worriedly. Her almost human features were distinguishable along with her reptilian gene. It was an odd commodity, even to her own race. Silently, they watched as their land fell to ruin.

Jenny sighed as she sat in her cave. Normally she'd be out flying in the storm enjoying it when no one else truly could appreciate it. But right now, injured from a fight and suddenly thrown into this new world - while on a Keepers mission no less - she stayed hidden, tending to her injuries as best she could.
This world it seemed was not a safe one but maybe... She might be able to get rid of the storm out there battering the towns and cities. Out of the cave she looked and yes, there was the brilliant white crescent moon, and she knew she could fly. It would heal her as she flew, and give her strength. She smiled, yes she would fly.
Opening her dark long wings, she thrust them down once and was instantly in the air. She may be the last of the Arch Angel Guardians of Guardius, but that was natural for her. She was well used to it now.

Hansel and Gemelia stood facing each other, looking one another over. They wondered through the land, looking at what was left of their homes. It wasn't long before they noticed the creature. Their eyes widened. She appeared human, but for all they knew, she could be an hybrid like them. They approached her, cautiously. "Hello, what... What are you? What's your name?"

She smiled as she glided along on a wind current. She knew the sky well. However she blinked when she heard other wings beating, and from the sound she knew it was no normal animal. Her hand went to the longbow at her back, stringing it and fitting an arrow to the string.
She relaxed though seeing them. Hybrids. The bow returned to her back, and the arrow to the quiver over her shoulder as she slowly descended towards them. “Greetings to you both, young ones. I am Jenny, last of the Arch Angel Gaurdians.”

"Greeting Jenny the guardian arch angel. We have heard of you. We also heard of your partner. We aren't as young as we appear here. My name is Gemelia, and this is Hansel." She leaned in whispering with a giggle. "Hansel is almost a thousand years old." "Are you here on business?" Hansel asked.

Jenny blinked. "My apologies, then," she replied. She scratched her head. This was not good. "As for why I'm here? Where... is here anyway? I kind of crashed here." Well, that explains why I don't recognise any of the landscape.

Gemelia smiled. "This is Stensilville. You must have collided with the storm." Hansel nodded, growling a little. "Its a strange storm. There is going to be a lot of problems." Gemelia sighed, "Thankfully, I know how to get you home- it is some way though."

Jenny's eyes widened at the talk of the storm. "It is indeed strange I was locked in battle with a rather dangerous being on another planet and then I suddenly found myself in a cave here."
She had to look into this as this new knowledge was a dangerous thing for her to hear indeed.

CHAPTER ONE The hybrids began to whisper worriedly. "The opponent didn't come with you here, right?" Gemelia asked looking concerned. Hansel sighed, "I didn't see anyone else; we will have to look." Hansel directed his attention to Jenny. "Its a very long way to go; but there is a tavern that is similar to the tavern you are familiar with- the one with seven doors. I been there once, a long time ago... Maybe I can pop in for a drink and say greetings to Jason." He cleared his throat. Gemelia giggled, "At Snakes County, there is a tavern called..." "The Red Cup. It's a quiet place- not much custom there. Our people aren't one to mingle with outsiders." "We can take you there!" Gemelia cheered.

She smiled at the mention of Jason. "Last I saw of him, Jason is still alive." She paused. "We need to get there as soon as possible though... else things could get very complicated where I am concerned. As for my foe, you need not worry, just as I got sucked into this world I gave him a fatal wound, and he did not follow me through."
She paused at the comment about outsiders. "Was there someone like me who watched over this world? I'm trying to think whether you've ever been mentioned in our lore books, and I know all the lore that the Guardians ever amassed."

Gemelia turned away, suddenly saddened. "We are in dark times- the storm is the least of our problems; we're under the mercy of the dark queen." Hansel nodded, "Her daughter Marissa, is missing. The queen is furious- and makes sure we all know about it."

Jenny groaned as she heard that name looking at the ground. "Well then..." Guilt flared through her at Marissa's name. It couldn't be the same one could it? "If I think its the same Marissa that I'm thinking about as you're talking about... she's dead." By my hand, she thought to herself. The memory of how she'd killed her was still in her mind these days. Yes, marissa had deserved it, but knowing that she had inadvertantly caused all of this? That was something the Guardian could not handle.

"Marissa is dead? The queen must not know that she is dead- she will make everyone suffer by her hand... this could start a war between worlds! When did this happen?!" He rambled, obviously worried. Genesis frowned, her forehead furrowed, revealing the tiny horns above her eyes. "This is serious; maybe she wanted to cause a war- Marissa always threatened to start one- whispering in her mother's ear." "I hadn't forgotten," Hansel growled. He turned to Jenny, explaining as simply as he could. "Her mother always refused war, says there was no need for one. But if an outsider had killed her daughter... maybe that'd cause her to reconsider." It was a terrifying thought.

“Yeah, we really don’t need another war on our hands. Though, I must say, Marissa deserved the death she got.” She sighed. “It is because of that vile woman that I am the last of my race. Or in a way it was her fault, as well as Jenny’s herself. Only Jenny could have released the plague that eliminated the rest of the Guardians. “It is crucial that I get back home to the Keepers Circle.”
Already she could feel the numbness that was starting to affect her from not being near Henry for too long. The Guardian sighed. “Too long have I been away from the one place that I can call home.” Would the others want her though? After they heard what she’d done to her own people?

The world around them suddenly became dark. Genelia groaned, as herself and Hansel pulled Jenny into a building. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust. "Drones." Genelia whispered. Hansel cringed, unwilling to explain. "The d**n things have a kill order- no one is allowed out after the mid afternoon." Genelia peered out of a window and watched the mechanical Dragon-spider crawled away. Hansel shuddered, flapping his webbed wings irractically. "Head of a dragon and a body of a d**n spider. Unfortunately its deadly as much as it looks ridiculous. Who ever thought of a spider with purple and pink spots?!"
