Rules
I have some rules I follow,
They don't seem like much,
But to me its important,
So that I don't lose touch.
Don't cry if it can be helped,
Don't lose my cool,
If it can be helped,
Walk out if I feel like a fool.
Don't drink cider,
Coz what comes next is a concern,
It turns me nasty,
And its a lesson to learn.
Don't tell my feelings,
No one understands me,
Don't think I'm soft,
Take me seriously.
Don't give up on life,
When I sometimes wish for worse,
I know I'm not pretty,
But I'm decent first.
Don't go calling for favours,
Don't make a scene next,
But more seriously,
don't go clubbing with an ex.
These may be daft to you,
But it keeps me from hurt,
Its been proven before,
I just get left with dirt.
